On December 5, 2025 I performed this piece during Open Critique for my fall 2025 semester of graduate school. Because the performance is intended to take place over the months it will take to repair the my aunt Stella's quilt, the 15 minutes allowed for performance, during my 50 minute Open Critique, wasn't enough to get fully invested in the moment. My critique was the first one of the day. This allowed me to arrive early and spend 2 hours getting comfortable in the space, play with how to repair the quilt, listen to the voices speak to me from the past and becoming one with the piece.

These 6 videos are of the time before the viewers arrived for my critique at 9am. They were welcome to enter early, as noted on the door, but I didn't announce that I would be starting early. No viewers came in early. The video is split into 6 videos because my website host required smaller files to upload.
